Richmond’s fifth retirement village nears completion

Richmond Villages is near to completing its fifth retirement village – in Letcombe Regis, just south of Wantage, Oxfordshire. The buildings are finished in a traditional dark brick and flint style, which can be purchased by the over-55s. Village apartments which average 1,000 sq ft feature a kitchen, substantial living room and one or two bedrooms. Most have ensuite bathrooms.

Hotel style serviced apartments are available for those requiring a bit more assistance.â At the heart of the retirement village will be a 30-bed nursing
