Robinia expands south west portfolio

Specialist provider Robinia has acquired Mayfields, a three-bed learning disabilities home in Exeter. The home was purchased by Robinia due to the retirement of one of its previous owners, Mrs Bird. Due to the existing high quality levels of care at Mayfields, Robinia will keep the services of the home’s present manager, Adrian Bird and all of the staff. Robinia group development director Paul Hayes said keeping the existing staff team would provide continuity and stability for the service users and ensure that the home’s excellent and quality support was maintained. The acquisition now takes the number of Robinia services in the south west region to six and the company plans further growth in the area.
