Second award for Castleoak

Specialist healthcare contractor Castleoak Construction, has picked up a second consecutive national award in the space of a month. An established leader in the construction healthcare sector, Castleoak has been awarded a bronze award at the annual “Considerate Constructors Scheme” national awards for its care home, Linwood House in Surrey. Out of a possible 2,544 eligible sites, Castleoak¹s scheme in Surrey was one of 232 sites selected as national award winners. The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a voluntary code of practice, driven by the industry, to transform the public image of construction. The award was presented to Castleoak as a result of exceptional levels of consideration demonstrated on site to the needs of all those affected by the construction process, as well as being environmentally aware, safe and clean. The 68-bed Linwood House is one of five homes Castleoak has built in partnership with Anchor Trust. This award comes at the end of the reprovision element of the Surrey County Council e
