GVA Grimley’s healthcare team has produced a bulletin advising care home owners about key aspects of preparing themselves and their care home for a sale. Written by Jessamy Venables, partner of the healthcare team, the bulletin covers numerous aspects, including pre-sale preparation, the sale process, confidentiality and likely realisation. It also covers the tricky question of employees’ rights under the TUPE regulations, which all vendors need to be aware of before instructing an agent in a sale.
