Specialist mental health care and related services provider Partnerships in Care has appointed Fred Sinclair-Brown as its new chief executive following the retirement of Peter Farrier. Mr Sinclair-Brown qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse before spending time as corporate finance director with both the HSBC Group and Bank of Ireland. In 1993 he joined ANS where he spent 13 years as group finance director and for the last five years combined that with chief operating officer.
