Sovereign sells Complete group to Claimar Care

Private equity company Sovereign Capital has sold the homecare services provider Complete Group to the Claimar Care Group for £33m sale. The exit returns 5.7 x Sovereign’s investment and represents an IRR of 51%.

Based in Telford, Complete provides cares for more than 200 clients, many of whom are young adults.
