A contract to provide hotel services for nine residential and nursing homes has been won by Sovereign Catering Services Ltd. Sovereign will be responsible for the catering, domestic and laundry services at the Elizabeth Finn Trust homes. Formerly known as the Distressed Gentlefolk’s Aid Association, the Elizabeth Finn Trust provides nursing and residential care to elderly residents in its homes, as well as financial support and help to people living at home or in other residential or nursing homes. The Elizabeth Finn Trust homes are in a range of locations including London, Surrey, Kent, Oxfordshire, Eastbourne, Suffolk and Worcestershire. Sovereign managing director Peter Green described the new contract as an opportunity for his company to work in partnership with the Elizabeth Finn Trust to provide the highest levels of care and service to the residents. “The Elizabeth Finn Trust represents a new market sector for the company which we are looking forward to developing in the future,” Mr Green said.
