A Wiltshire home providing specialist care to residents with mental health problems has new owners for the first time in 21 years.

The Gables Residential Care Centre in Chippenham has been sold by its husband and wife owners Trevor Palmer and Maria Palmer-Romero, who established the home in 1986. They were advised by the specialist care sector team at Withy King Solicitors and dedicated care home sales agency, David & Company.
