Specialist care – strong relationships with commissioners are key to future prosperity

The national requirement for care for vulnerable adults is growing fast and under the leadership of chief executive ERIC MILLARD and his management team, the tracscare family continues to expand its portfolio to provide a comprehensive and flexible care solution for commissioners. Mr Millard explains his approach.

As chief executive of the tracscare family of companies I am increasingly aware that the relationship between care providers and those commissioning our services has to be one of partnership in order to find the appropriate care solutions for vulnerable adults.

The demand for high quality care continues to grow. However, as budgets are stretched further and regulations get tighter, flexibility on the part of the care provider has become imperative.
