St Cloud builds close care apartments

Fast growing healthcare provider St Cloud Care is building 12 close care apartments, largely new-build and partly from refurbishment of an existing Georgian building adjacent to the company’s Holmwood care centre in Kidderminster. The construction work is funded by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

Run by Linton and Philip Connell, St Cloud Care has steadily developed its range of care services for elderly people since the purchase of its first home in 1992. Since then the company’s care home portfolio has grown to four operations, providing 217
