StaffPlan builds on Carewatch success

StaffPlan¹s main focus over the last two years has been the rollout of its “Homecare Roster” staff rostering and administration system to the Carewatch Care Services franchise network. With most of the 100-plus franchises now up and running with Homecare Roster, StaffPlan¹s MD Mark Chapman said the demanding, but highly successful rollout had undoubtedly progressed Homecare Roster to market leading levels of functionality and robustness. “Many of the franchisees were new to both homecare and computing, yet the visual interface of Homecare Roster meant users found the product intuitive and easy to use,” Mr Chapman said. Not wishing to rest on their laurels, 2002 sees the release of a number of additions to the StaffPlan stable SMSLab StaffPlan has recently released SMSLab, launched in Homecare Professional last month. It is a system that allows details of unfilled shifts, news or any other information to be broadcast by text message direct to members of a company¹s workforce. StaffPlan¹s Clara Marsal said
