Stairlift maker reports sales growth

Midlands based stairlift manufacturer Minivator Ltd has reported continued outstanding growth throughout 2002. Managing director Barrie Payne said his company had achieved 52 per cent growth in sales. “This exceptional achievement reflects the dedication and commitment of our distributors and the Minivator team in supplying the highest quality products and exceptional service,” Mr Payne said. “As we have increased our presence in the stairlift market we have expanded accordingly, doubling the number of employees over the last two years, allowing them not only to provide a nationwide service but also to operate on a global level.” Sales and marketing director Mike Lord said Minivator had also established a firm presence in the public disability access market.
