Stonehaven buys Chollacott

Stonehaven (Healthcare) Ltd, a Devon-based group with seven care homes, has acquired Chollacott House, a 27-bed nursing home in Tavistock, on the edge of Dartmoor. Stonehaven managing director Stephen Stone said Chollacott would be maintained as a family run business, this being the philosophy adopted throughout the group. Previous owners Mr M & Mrs J Neenan, who owned the home for the past four years, have now retired to pursue other interests, and commissioned specialist business agents Chantview, to handle the sale.
