Symponia, a group providing care fees planning and financial advice for people over 65, has launched the Symponia Care Home Helpline in partnership with law firm Shakespeare Putsman.

The helpline will be manned by solicitors and is designed to offer help with any legislative queries that a care home may have, from CSCI, local authorities and queries, or potential complaints from families. Care homes will be able to access the helpline free of charge. The number to call is 0121 237 3003.
