The Future of registration

The Health and Social Care Bill, which will introduce a new registration system for the whole health and social care sector in England is currently passing through Parliament. The Bill will bring about massive change for the vast majority of the sector, including, for the first time, registration of NHS healthcare provision. In addition, the Department of Health has recently published its consultation setting out some of the proposed detail for the new system of registration.
