The Shelbourne at Sway – A luxury assisted living project takes shape in the New Forest

Until last month, I knew Sway only as a minor station on my train commute to London, just after Brockenhurst (or just before, depending on whether I’m coming or going) on the Weymouth-Waterloo line in one of the more foresty areas of the New Forest.

Built on the site of a former nursing home on the outskirts of the village of Sway, a very attractive assisted living complex is nearing completion. Shelbourne at Sway is the first assisted living project to be built by Shelbourne, a subsidiary of the O’Flynn group, a property developer active in Ire
