Three Delta acquires Care Principles

Care Principles, a major specialist care provider for adults with learning disabilities and behavioural issues, has been acquired by the Delta Fund (an arm of Three Delta) from the global private equity and venture capital company, 3i, for £270 million.

Established in 1997, Care Principles has more than 380 occupied beds and employs more than 1500 staff, providing assessment, treatment, care and rehabilitation for adults requiring long-term therapy and treatment for severe learning disabilities and mental health problems.
