‘Tis a great day for the hospices

Bank of Ireland has launched a fundraising drive to raise money for the charity Help the Hospices in the weeks leading up to St Patrick1s Day. Entitled the Bank of Ireland St Patrick1s Day Business Challenge, the scheme is aimed at getting businesses throughout Britain to make a donation to Help the Hospices, the national charity that co-ordinates fundraising initiatives on behalf of local hospices. The Bank has pledged £25,000 to Help the Hospices and hopes to raise at least a similar amount from businesses nationally. Bank of Ireland has a large number of care home owners and operators among its customers and has looked to them for support in the St Patrick1s Day Business Challenge.
