Towards better assessment for clients and carers

Multidisciplinary assessment of people with dementia in a day hospital setting offers many advantages as well as challenges. Ann Bisset, Jill Warrington, Alison Strudwick and David Duncan tried out CarenapD and found it a very useful tool on which a full assessment can be based.
