Two extracare housing schemes under way in Luton

Two new affordable extracare housing schemes are being developed in Luton, Bedfordshire.

BPHA (Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association) is working in partnership with Luton Borough Council and Castleoak Care Partnerships to provide more than 100 new homes for older people at two sites in the town.

All homes will meet ‘extracare’ standards – built with the needs of frail
