Two new directors at Shiloh

Shiloh plc has appointed Dieno George and Graham Collyer to the board. The company says the two new directors have significant experience in the healthcare industry. Mr George and Mr Collyer were both main board directors of SSL International plc until earlier this year. They are reported to have played a significant role in the development of Seton Healthcare Group plc from flotation in 1990 to a market capitalisation of about £300 million prior to its mergers with Scholl PLC and London International Group plc to form SSL International plc. Their role with Shiloh will include introducing new products, as well as bringing new technical, development and marketing skills to expand and promote Shiloh¹s existing range of products.
