Voyage home hosts national ‘Grow and Show Day’

Staff and residents at Lincolnshire’s Ancaster Mews, a home for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs, welcomed more than 200 visitors to their grounds recently as part of a national, ‘village fete style’ event, designed to promote independent living in a fun, creative way.

Staff and residents at Lincolnshire’s Ancaster Mews, a home for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs, welcomed more than 200 visitors to their grounds recently as part of a national, ‘village fete style’ event, designed to promote independent living in a fun, creative way.

 

Organised by social care provider Voyage, the operator of Ancaster Mews, ‘Grow and Show Day’ was open to anyone receiving support from Voyage. More than 150 entries were received from care homes across the country.
