Warner Howard installs laundry for B&M Care

Warner Howard laundry division has recently completed the installation of a new on-premise laundry at St Lukes and The Oaks, side-by-side residential homes in Emmer Green on the outskirts of Reading. The 80-bed unit, which cares for elderly and infirm residents, is owned by B&M Care, a specialist care home operator with 16 establishments. Warner Howard is the nonimated supplier to B&M Care for laundry equipment and has installed on-premise laundries in many of the the company¹s homes. The installation at St. Lukes and The Oaks was the second on the site which has now been a customer of Warner Howard for more than eight years. The laundry at St Lukes was re-housed and upgraded with additional equipment to manage the increased washload caused by the recent opening of The Oaks next door. Warner Howard supplied two Huebsch top loader washers, a Primus R16 washer extractor with MediWash specification, two Cissell gas tumble dryers and a Miele 21-100 rotary ironer.
