Welsh authority chooses eSentinel system

Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council has chosen Tunstall¹s eSentinel as a means of managing and monitoring its homecare provision. The system is intended to help the Council to improve the delivery of its clients¹ homecare needs. eSentinel is the latest development from Tunstall, a major name in personal and home reassurance monitoring solutions. Tunstall says the system combines innovative staff management and rostering features with the ability to monitor the delivery of home care services in “real time”. The company already supplies equipment and service support for the Council¹s Carelink monitoring service, and it was through this link that the authority was made aware of eSentinel. Tunstall was included on a tender list with 11 other organisations, and following various presentations and discussions, was chosen as the preferred supplier.
