Westminster team welcomed to Four Seasons as Anstead, Willis take a back seat

Three former directors of Westminster Healthcare have joined the board of major provider Four Seasons Health Care and Hamilton Anstead has stepped down as Four Seasons chief executive in a significant reshuffle of senior management. Tony Heywood, Nick Mitchell and Tim Street, all formerly of Westminster Health Care, have joined Four Seasons in the designate positions of chief executive, chief financial officer and corporate development director respectively. After a structured handover period to be completed by the end of March, current chief executive Hamilton Anstead and current chief financial officer Graeme Willis will step down to become non-executive directors of the company. Four Seasons was bought by Allianz Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Allianz, in a £775 million deal in September last year. Hamilton Anstead first came into the care home sector in 1990 and until 1997 was managing director of Takare plc. He then joined Four Seasons which owned five care homes and was in serious financia
