Wildgoose Construction Ltd won two significant contracts worth more than £6m – boosting the company’s portfolio in the care home sector.

Having worked on two similar size care home projects in 2007, the firm has recently been appointed by the Restful Homes Group of companies to build an 86-bed unit in Birmingham. The contract, worth £3.9m, also includes alterations and extensions to an existing/adjoining care home to form eight additional bedrooms. Work started in January and is due for completion in January 2010.
