A mid-range gas range from Lincat

Recently launched, Lincat¹s LMR9 six burner gas range is said to be already challenging leading products in the medium duty sector. The range has been in full production at Lincat¹s Lincoln based manufacturing facility since May and the company says demand for the new product is exceeding expectations. The LMR9 is designed to bridge the gap between Lincat¹s light/ medium duty Silverlink 600 six burner range and the heavy duty Opus 700 model. Lincat lists the main advantage over its competitors as its ease of cleaning. It incorporates a fully sealed, dished hob to prevent spills fouling internal components. Ease of cleaning has also been an important design consideration for the oven, with a fully enamelled interior and removable enamelled base plate. Available for operation on either natural gas or propane, the LMR9 is exceptionally powerful with 15,400 Btu (4.5kw) hob burners and a large capacity 30,700 Btu (9kW) oven. The oven comes complete with two chrome shelves and each can accommodate two 1/1 gastro
