£5m expansion at Birch Abbey

Work has started on the development of a £5m expansion of the Birch Abbey care home in Southport, Merseyside.

The iPersonally Memory Centre at Birch Abbey, which specialises in dementia care and support, will be more than tripled in size and feature new technology and care and support techniques. iPersonally chief executive owner of Birch Abbey Dan Lingard said the new and expanded Birch Abbey will be a revolution in care services.
