Caring Times, June 2014

Staff at Richmond Village in Nantwich celebrated after learning that the facility has just been awarded a ‘Top 20 Recommended Care Home 2014’.
The Top 20 Care Home Awards 2014 highlight the most recommended Care Homes in each region of the UK. The Awards are based on over 20,000 Recommendations received from Residents, Family and Friends of Residents during 2013 which are posted on the website for all to see.
Care home manager Hilary Minshull remarked “We are delighted to receive this accolade which is especially rewarding as it is as a direct result of our residents and their families recommending us.”
Richmond Villages marketing manager David Reaves added, “This is testament to the outstanding care that Richmond Nantwich provides and shows how highly the Care Home is thought of. This is not the first award that the Care Home has won but to know that it is given as a direct result of the recommendation of our residents makes it extra special.”
