BCP completes Liverpool home ahead of schedule

National care sector development, design and construction specialist Building Construction Partnership (BCP) has handed over a 40-bed care home in Liverpool four weeks ahead of schedule.

Designed and built for a national care provider, Kavanagh Place was constructed on the site of an existing 1960s nursing home. BCP says precise planning involved the use of a self-erecting tower crane for material handling, and the efficiency of this modern piece of equipment offset the double handling of material costs.
