Bumper harvest of new publications

In my garden the apples are falling. There are too many for me and I feel guilty for not using them. I try to get other people to come and pick, and I share as much as I can with neighbours, friends and family, but there is still waste.

So it is with all that is written on social care and care homes. So much research and potentially useful literature is simply left to gather dust while busy managers and care staff cannot find the time to stop and read. Reading (and thinking) should be built into your week’s work, but I know how difficult that is to ac
