BVS videos provide training on demand

Training video specialists BVS, who say they have long established roots in the care home sector, have a range of video training packages available. The training packages are designed for use as induction training for new staff and as refresher training for more experienced staff. They are also useful for the qualified trainer to use as a training aid. BVS says this range of videos will prove to be an essential aid to fulfilling a care home¹s statutory requirements in staff training. There are four videos available now and more are scheduled for release in the future. The videos include Moving and Handling, Food Hygiene, Fire Prevention, and Fire Drills & Evacuation. All training packages include a video, user guide, questionnaires, answer sheets and staff training record forms. BVS says video training has many benefits over instructor training, the most important being that one only pays once for a video and the training is available whenever it is needed ­ not once or twice a year, and it enables new memb
