Byrne replaces Ladyman

As part of the post-election cabinet reshuffle, Liam Byrne, the Labour MP for Birmingham Hodge Hill, has taken over from Dr Stephen Ladyman as Parliamentary Undersecretary for Health with responsibility for care services. Dr Ladyman is now the Minister of State for Transport.
