Caerphilly contracts Tunstall

Telehealth and telecare specialist Tunstall has reported that Caerphilly County Borough Council is the latest in a growing list of social services departments using the company¹s homecare management products and services. Tunstall will supply the authority¹s social services with the eSentinel homecare management and monitoring system to improve efficiency and quality in homecare services. Tunstall business development manager Chris Dodd said the new system would provide the council¹s social services with all the electronic “real time” information needed for homecare managers to allocate staff and resources efficiently, and to deal with events more effectively. “Since the Government has placed increased pressure on social services to play a greater role in healthcare, it has become imperative that homecare management is of the highest efficiency,” Mr Dodd said. “At Tunstall we are confident that our homecare management can help to ease this burden and the arrangement with Caerphilly social services has prov
