Capital Care celebrates first year

Social care property and management consultancy specialists Capital Care has celebrated its first anniversary. Founder Ian Mynott said that, at a party to mark the occasion, two deals had been generated and the buying requirements of several well funded operators had been established. “This past year has surpassed all our expectations,” said Mr Mynott. “Many clients say they like doing business with a proactive agent who dedicates the time to assist them – we offer quite simply a good old-fashioned service.” Mr Mynott said Capital Care continued to move from strength to strength, and had opened a purpose-built office in Kent in May. “Apart from sales and acquisitions, we operate a consultancy service to improve the quality and profitability of homes, specialist management RMA training and a professional valuation service,” he said.
