Caring Homes acquires Ferfoot

The Caring Homes Group has acquired the 56-bed Ferfoot EMI care home in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The sale was handled in an off-market deal by Premier Healthcare Consultancy. Ferfoot provides care for elderly people with a spectrum of dementia related conditions. With a portfolio of more than 60 homes and a more than 2,000 beds, Caring Homes is a major, privately-owned provider of care homes providing care and support services to elderly people and younger people suffering with enduring mental health problems and learning disabilities.
