Charities rules are costing care providers in Scotland thousands in registration transfers

Jordans, a provider of business services and information to charities and their professional advisers, has called for an urgent change to legislation it says is costing Scottish care charities thousands of pounds.

Jordans says care charities across Scotland are incurring unnecessary registration fees from the Care Commission when they follow the Scottish charity regulator’s guidelines.
