Climate could be better for Four Seasons

If you were reading the pages of Caterer and Hotelkeeper or the Publican, or worse still Restaurant Magazine, you would unquestionably be a lot gloomier than you are reading Caring Times. The conventional wisdom that care is a safe place to be in harsh times is again proving to be the case.

That said, however, some of the UK’s best and biggest long term care companies are struggling and the reason is twofold – debt and timing.
