Colten Care opens luxury home

Hampshire-based provider Colten Care has opened its tenth dual-registered home. The 60-bed Abbots Barton care home in Winchester has been designed to provide quality care in five-star hotel-like accommodation. Colten care managing director Ian Hudson said the home had been built to the highest possible standards, in keeping with local architecture, and was at the leading edge of quality of life care for elderly people. “Elegance and comfort are combined with professional nursing care, allowing peace of mind and security,” Mr Hudson said.
