Craegmoor Healthcare buys 12 homes in Conquest acquisition

Craegmoor Healthcare has added to its existing national portfolio of care homes with the acquisition of the Conquest Care Homes Group. Handled by surveyors and valuers Christie & Co, the transaction included a total of 12 care homes. Earlier this year in a deal also handled by Christie & Co, Craegmoor acquired the Umbrella Specialist Care Group in Luton, Bedfordshire. Both groups of homes acquired by Craegmoor offer residential care for adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour, and meet the requirements of Craegmoor, which is expanding its specialist care operations.
