Craegmoor sold

It is understood that Craegmoor Healthcare, one of the biggest nursing home groups, and that has been for sale for some time, has been bought by a venture capitalist group. Craegmoor has 4,700 beds and a turnover of approximately £100m. It has diversified away from care homes into providing specialist care for patients with mental disabilities or head injury.
