Dealers involved in sales strategy

Miele Professional has launched a new sales strategy designed to bring its network of dealers into focus. The company says the “Miele Professional Partnership” has been developed to provide about 40 qualifying Miele dealers with the most comprehensive support package available to the industry. Miele Professional sales and marketing director Les Marshall developed the programme after recognising that Miele was in a position to work more effectively in partnership with its dealers. Mr Marshall said the initiative would allow dealers to offer a one stop shop ­ a comprehensive and efficient service to meet all customers¹ needs. The support package is said to provide a series of practical initiatives under the Miele Professional Partnership umbrella and will call on specialist expertise where needed. “These initiatives are just the first stage of our plans along with our continuing aim to build strong partnerships with our dealers,” Mr Marshall said.
