Major provider Four Seasons Health Care has appointed an in-house design team to co-ordinate a multi-million refurbishment campaign of the company’s care homes. Denzil Hughes has been appointed as design/fit out manager. He has an honours degree in interior design and has worked in a similar role for 10 years with other healthcare companies, as well as working for design consultants furnishing various hotels and show houses. Amy Smith has been promoted to project manager for refurbishments. She has been an estates supervisor with Four Seasons for the past nine months and has spent five years in fit out and facilities management roles in another healthcare company. “These appointments and supporting funds are part of our continued commitment to enhancing the quality, the look and interior design of our homes, for the benefit of our residents,” said Four Seasons estates director Roy Bicknell, whom the new team will report to.
