Dormy House sold to Caring Homes

Dormy House in Sunningdale, Berkshire, a dual registered home for 68 patients/residents has been sold on behalf of IHP Ltd Guernsey to Caring Homes Ltd. The transfer of the business was dealt with confidentially by the FPDSavills Healthcare and Development Teams based at Winchester and Guildford. Caring Homes now own and operate 19 homes, operating in the North, South and East regions and provide nursing, residential, specialist care including elderly mentally infirm, psychiatric and young physically disabled.
