Doson acquires three care homes from Autumn Care

Group provider Doson Ltd has acquired three care homes from Autumn Care Group Ltd. The acquisition was backed by a funding package of £5.15m from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and increases Doson’s care home portfolio to seven, nearly doubling the size of its business.

Established in 1999, Doson is a family run business owned by husband and wife team Mr Kanagasabai Logendra, director and Dr Gunararthy Logendra, company secretary.
