Elaine returns to be regional director with Four Seasons

Elaine Hardiman has been appointed to the new position of regional director for North East England by Four Seasons Health Care, one of the UK’s biggest care home providers. Elaine is responsible for 29 homes and two regional managers. For Elaine, who lives in Newcastle with her three children, this is a “return home” as she previously worked for Four Seasons, returning to the company after two years away. “I’m absolutely delighted to be back and to be with so many former work colleagues and friends,” said Ms Hardiman. “I’m really enthused by my new role and am grateful for the support I have had from all in the company.” After starting her nursing career in 1985 as an ENG, working with elderly mentally ill people, Elaine moved on to work in plastic surgery, converting to an RGN in 1996. She then moved to the independent sector as a deputy care home manager, progressing through roles as a home manager, regional manager and then a divisional manager with another operator, before her recent decision to return to
