Four Seasons reorganises English team

Following the appointment in November of Julia Hartill as managing director of its English care homes, Four Seasons has reorganised its English management team. Four operations directors have been appointed to cover England, each looking after about 50 care homes, with support from 24 English regional managers. The four new operations directors are: Pauline Lawrance for south and west, Cathe Gaskell for south and east, Mandy Vernon for Midlands and north, Julia Bentley for the north east. Ms Lawrance, Ms Vernon and Ms Bentley have all been promoted internally as they were all formerly regional directors at Four Seasons, having taken those roles in 2005 and before that all were regional managers in the company. Cathe Gaskell joins the company from the Nightingale House Charity, where she has been deputy chief executive for the past three years after a career in elderly care. Among the 24 English regional managers, there are seven new in post, including promotions for four former home managers and three externa
