Four Seasons managing director Lou Smith said that, with demand outstripping capacity, it had always part of Four Seasons’ strategy to futher develop and expand the Shawcross care home. “We have had to work around some complex covenances to gain approval for the development,” Mr Smith said. “However, with Shawcross being so popular and always full, this expansion will help create valuable extra rooms for the elderly people from the Ashton area.”
