FPDSavills Healthcare expands with three new appointments and report a record first quarter

The FPDSavills national healthcare valuation team has made three new appointments, broadening the expertise of the department and providing additional regional cover. The team now has nine agents and valuers represented in four offices. Nigel Fransham has joined as associate director based in Manchester and is responsible for growing the department in the North. Formerly with Colliers CRE, Nigel brings a wealth of experience in the care sector. The regional team in Oxford has been expanded with Janice Balch joining the team full time as director from her previous role as consultant. She is responsible for the medical sector and is one of the market leaders advising on medical centres and LIFT schemes. Samantha Rowland has joined as a surveyor to the valuation team in the healthcare markets and is also based in Oxford. She has joined the company from Christie & Co. The FPDSavills healthcare agency team has reported a record first quarter with the sale of 14 healthcare related businesses with a capital value of
