Go-ahead for Malvern project

Planners in Worcestershire have given permission for a 24-bed specialist Alzheimer’s unit to be built by national charitable group Friends of the Elderly.

Malvern Hills District Council has told the charity it can build the â£3.5m unit adjacent to the existing homes, Davenham and Perrins House, in Malvern.

The new home will consist of two floors, each with 12 bedrooms, with sepa
